I took my import cars to Beckley for 7 years -- paid quite a bit extra for what I thought was their expertise and good service. Gradually I realized my business wasn't important to them and the work got sloppy, bills got higher. Finally their diagnostic work got so bad, I had to choose another more qualified and professional shop. If you've got a brand new BMW or Benz, you could be fine. Otherwise, save yourself the time and headache.
