Poor Customer Service. Your time is not important.

Unorganized customer service department. If you make an appointment, you may still stand around and be told to “get in line” with the unscheduled appointments.

Great place to take your truck if you want to leave it there for two weeks for them to not fix anything. I took in my Z71 Sierra for them to figure out where the vibration and noise in the front left corner was coming from as I had already cross rotated the tires and replaced both front hub bearings and it was still present. I told them I suspected the differential as there weren't many things...
