The staff was very nice ! Hotel should invest in better pillows though as the ones they have are not comfortable . Generally the room was clean but some dust in the corners in the bathroom. I have stayed at Ballys in the past and would recommend it as a nice place.

We have stayed here many times and enjoy the location, and the convenience of the monorail to get you places. This time there was a hot water problem and we had two of three nights with near cold showers. We are also not too happy with the resort fee.
Stayed in Caesar's and Harrah's, other properties under same ownership. Bally's proved to be the best value. Checkin was superb, location excellent. Food facilities in lower level were open 24 hours. i'd recommend this
