Best dental experience, yet. I highly recommend them. No one ever likes going to the dentist, but I have found one that I love. Everyone was extremely friendly and very helpful. I am a young professional and very price cautious and they were more than happy to request pre-estimates of all my wanted and needed dental procedures. I'm looking forward to my next cleaning with Dr. Bailey and his dental assistant, Sheila.

Everyone in this office is always so friendly and willing to work with their patients on billing, scheduling, re-scheduling, etc.. Dr. Bailey & his nurse are very attentive when working on their patients making that patient their focus. Unlike many dental offices if you make your appointment at a certain time you will get seen at that time! Paperwork is minimal which is great, location is easy to get to, ...Very happy with the work done on my mouth! =) This will definitely be my new permanent dentist!

Deceptive Billing Practice. Be Warned

They told me my copay was $88 so I had two fillings there. Several months later they bill me $200 more, citing that my insurance didn't cover part of service. They should have told me the charge was $440 (WOW). Had I known such high cost out of my pocket I wouldn't have done filling there. They argue $88 is estimate. But their estimate was way far off. Shame on them such practice.
