Disappointed customers; botched reservation. The Food and Beverage Director has a lot to learn about what good customer service looks like. Very disappointing. We made a reservation for 35, well in advance and even verified it a few days prior. Our guests arrived on the day of the brunch only to be told no such reservation existed. It use to be good. My husband and I would often meet there for lunch often in 2013; you could have called us fans. they would alternate themes and dishes depending the day of week. When we returned in 2014, the food and service was lousy and we noticed that it was empty unlike before. we tried once again, months afterward, and the food and service was even worst.
