Found them on Groupon - worst customer service ever. Have had one no-show, one appointment they showed up too late to complete, and now can't get in touch with anyone to reschedule. Save yourself the headache and find another company. There are way too many companies competing with them for the service to be this poor.
bought a 3 room Groupon for Atlantic Oceans. Two of the areas in my home were upstairs and the other room was downstairs. I was pressured into buying two additional packages. The first one was the stairs...the owner Jim said that his hoses had to go up the stairs and it would be best to have the stairs done because the hoses may get them dirty. The other package I was pressured into purchasing was the deodorizer...Jim said that just the steam cleaning will not leave my carpets smelling fresh. So $75 was spent because I was pressured. I called Groupon and explained the scenario and Groupon refunded my money and said they would investigate the business. In addition to the sales pressure, my carpet were very wet after the cleaning. It's as though the hose did not suck is the excess water; it took over 12 hours for the carpets to dry. DO NOT BUY unless you want to spend additional money for cleaning packages. Jim, the owner fraudulently charged my card $119 for cleaning services that he never did. DO NOT use this company. He is dishonest and there are dozens of complaints on numerous websites. I wish I would have done my research prior to calling him.
Here are the facts:
On August 25, 2015 I saw an ad on Groupon for carpet cleaning and called to find out their availability prior to purchasing. I spoke with owner Jim on phone number 757-430-1220 at 9:37am. He told me don’t order through Groupon that he’ll offer a lower price and should be $100 - $120 depending on the square footage of the rooms and how many steps we have. He said to give him my credit card and he wouldn’t run the transaction until after the services for which we agreed would be on Sept 3rd. I was then renting a Town Home and had moved out. The owner of the property had a lockbox on the property (no one could enter without the code as the unit was locked and unoccupied). Well after giving Jim my credit card to hold the appt, the owner of the property decided that he wanted to use another company to do the carpet cleaning. On August 31 at 9:48am I called to cancel the appt. He didn’t answer, so I left a voicemail on 757-430-1220 (proof of which is on my AT&T bill) for which I said to cancel the appt as the owner wants to use another company.
On September 3rd Jim called me and said he was at the property and couldn’t get in because there was a lockbox on the door. I told him that I left him a voicemail on the 31st (3-days prior). He said he didn’t get it and was going to charge me the maximum amount. I told him to check his phone records and that he’ll see that I called him. I text him a copy of my phone records showing that I called him on the 31st and left a voicemail to cancel. I then called him back to make sure he got my text showing the copy of my At&t record that I did have a 2 minute call to his phone on 8/31 (which was my voicemail). He said he got the text but didnt care. Then got really rude and said he's going to charge my card anyway, then hung up.
I cancelled with ample notice (3-days) and he didn’t do any service as the property was locked. He agreed not to charge my card until after the services were rendered. I can have the owner of the property corroborate that he never entered the property and didn’t do any carpet cleaning.
I notified my bank of the fraudulent charge, but he had already charged my card for $119 for services he never did. They said I'd need to cancel my card, which I did and ended up having to notify several companies for which I have autopay with that they can't use that card any longer and I'd have to wait for a replacement card. This was a significant waste of time. After this issue, I looked this company up on the internet on various complaint sites and noticed dozens of poor ratings and complaints. I wish I had done that prior as I would never have called them.
I have to say I was skeptical at first 5 rooms for $49.99 but boy was I wrong Jim and Jesse did an absolutely amazing job on my carpet which I thought was a lost cause I will definitely be using them again! :-)
I find the persons review below very hard to believe. Ive been using Atlantic Oceans for over years now and they always do an awesome job on my Carpet & my house cleaning service which Is done every other week!

The best House cleaning service Ive ever had..I bought the Living Social deal and I was skeptical to say the least. But when Lauri & Morgan came out I was put at ease.They did an AMAZING job. Just flat out awesome. My tile and grout look amazing as my carpet does to. The got stains out other companies never could. My carpet looks amazing. The tile was black the original color of the grout was grey. The got all of it back to the grey and sealed it so it stays clean. The are very good at what they do and i would recomend them to anyone and everyone. Thanks jim and doyal.
