I was very displeased with the service I have received from this company. Two workers came out to my house. They worked quickly, but did not appear at all to be interested in answering questions or in finding out if I was pleased with their work. Although the carpet was cleaner than before, it did not look clean. And to top it off, the workers left dirty wet footprints on the vinyl flooring...

I have been using Advanced Carpet Care for the last four years, without any issues. I like that they always have appointment times available. They do a great job, and if I'm ever not pleased for any reason, they are willing to come back and address any issues.

We had dark edges on our carpet that other cleaners said couldn't be removed. I even had a sales person from COIT say they weren't removable. Greg at Advanced Carpet Care told me over the phone his technician could get them out and he was right. His technician Scott got the dark edges out perfectly. 4 other companies couldn't do it, these guys are great.

The results I get are AWESOME!! The 1 time out of probably 50 that I wasn't satisfied with the cleaning, they came out again at no charge (actually twice) until I was more than happy with the results. They didn't question argue about who was to blame or make me feel bad, they just made it right! What more can you ask for? They value their customers and will do what it takes to make them happy.
