I am extremelly disapointed. My reservation was for ONE day, locally. I brought in everything I was asked to bring in when I called to get direcctions: driver's license, insurance card, utility bill showing same address on my driver's license, credit card, etc. At the couner, my credit card was only approved for $335, I was told a deposit on cc must be EXACTLY $350. I offered to leave $500 CASH, PLUS the $335 on cc for the 1 day rental of $13.00, and was denied. I then offered more cash, however much he wanted, I was desperate. Don't be fooled by the name, Ace is part of or is Savmor, read the revives for Sav-Mor Rent-A-Car. They are rude arrogant pompas-asses. Stay away, they will try to rip you off and have ripped of many people.
