A driveable vehicle with transmission issues was dropped off for diagnostic work. The agreement was $608.60 to disassemble, assess, and reassemble "AS IS" (this phrase was used repeatedly in multiple phone conversations with Rob).. $415 + the cost of a tow later the vehicle was returned completely undriveable because approximately $500 in parts "fell apart" during disassembly and that cost was apparently on me. BAD BUSINESS.
