I was there for 3 nights attending a conference. The front desk staff were very friendly and efficient. I ordered room service one night and it was delivered promptly, was hot and excellent. The room was very nice and the bed was great.

I stayed overnight with 3 friends. The hotel is conveniently located in the downtown area. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and well appointed. The large shower head was magnificent and there were plenty of clean towels and supplies in the bathroom. My only sort of compliant was that we wanted room service at 2:00...

I was greeted as soon as I walked in to the lobby. The desk agent Joseph was
great - very friendly and made me feel at home. The staff was very in tune with

Older Marriott, nice and clean

Although it is evident that this is an older Marriott, the decor is good, the bedding, especially the pillows are great, The shower can be a bit tricky and it takes a while to get hot water in the sink, but the pressure is good. The showers are old style tubs that you step up into. There are no safes...

Nice place to stay in Winston-Salem. Walking distance to anything downtown. Restaurants near by on 4th St. If you aren't interested in Graze located on sight. Nice lounge for elite members with breakfast and appetizers. Rooms are comfortable although there was a jackhammer on the street at midnight. Hotel probably should talk to city about that.
