UIC Hospital, The best hospital I've visited in a long time. The customer care is outstanding ---from the Emergency Room to admittance, my mother received the best care a nursing staff could give. They were very accomodating, willing to please, pleasant. This was my experience with the nurses at 6 West. My mother felt like she was part of a "family" and not just a number !!! I commend the team...

UIC Sucks! Im doing my prenatal care at that hospital because thats where the VA usually sends everybody. But they suck. Dont know why you set up appointments when they never see you on time. They call off your name like 45 min to an hr late. A midwife there was rude and so didnt care about her job there. Now im trying to find a hospital that values their patients. Uic hospital, i can't say enough great things about them. They saved my mothers life on more than 1 occasion, two kidney transplants, 1 liver transplant, stablized a heart condition as well as many other services they provide, they have great preventive care that benefits me and my daughter who has severe asthma, i have had to be rushed to the er on more than 1 occasion and i am very greatful....
