Great company! As a property manager, I have used Universal for over 20 years. The office staff is professional and courteous. The plumbers are very knowledgeable and professional. There is a reason this place has been in business for 70 years. My friends and family use them too and they absolutely love them. I strongly believe that this is the best plumbing company in Shreveport/Bossier.
Very rude. Started a repair job, never showed back up to finish. Several phone calls were made and never returned or I was just blown off.
I pray that no one ever has to relive my experience with this company . Unreliable and unprofessional are the nicest things I can say about them. They came out to my home on five separate occasions, two of which they had sewage sprayed from one side of my bathroom to the other. I had a three day old baby living next to this room , the stench of sewage permeated through the house so strongly we could not sleep in our room.
