I ordered a pair of sneakers and Ubiq / Jako Ent Ltd never would respond to me be email or phone.Then I found out they are still catching up orders from December and it is April.

I placed an order for New Balance Park series in Teal/white that were on sale, they ran $160 everywhere, except at Ubiq. I copped em for $99, I had read online that the shoe runs big in the toe box (not true at all) 1 size. I wear 11-\-\so I grabbed some 10.5. They came in 2 days after order (quick!), didn't fit, Ubiq sent me a shipping label after I had told them I spoke with customer service...

Thanks for canceling my order! if u knew you wouldnt have the supply then u shouldnt have confirmed my order AND charged my card!!

And thanks for canceling after I sent an email to request an update on my order. Nobody replied to my email, you just went ahead and canceled my order. If you actually cared about your customers then you would do anything to fulfill the order you said you would!...
