Ordered a bouquet of flowers to be sent to my girlfriend on Valentine's Day. Twin City Flowers sent out the wrong bouquet entirely (a much cheaper arrangement than the one I ordered) and has neglected to return my several messages to try and remedy the situation. Awful experience overall. I will never buy flowers from this company again.
An absolutely terrible overall experience with this company. They sent out the wrong bouquet to my girlfriend on Valentine's day, and have ignored several phone calls and messages I have left them. Pathetic customer service by a supposedly established company. I expected much more.
