What I love about this company is the service- they are "throwbacks " in the sense that they care about my needs!
We have terrible water with loads of iron & arsenic. When I need service or have a question, they are on it!

Have been doing business with Mike and his crew for 15 years now at my business as well as my home. It's so nice to know they're not going anywhere. They answer the phone whenever I call, and show up when they're supposed to for service.

Terrible company. Company sends bills with no explanation when you ask and request service to be cancelled there is no communication either. Someone finally removed the system from our business after it sat here for 2 months longer than the "free trial" we were offered and we're STILL getting bills.
