I stopped here for a bit to eat with some family here from Scottland and it was amazing. The curry is very traditional to that in Scottland and the beer on tap is quite nice. The place feels like a real pub in Europe.

wow, powerful drinks.I also had some that were strong and great tasting.we sure got drunk here.darts are a plus.i heard they have poutine, but i have yet to try that.

A traditional British style pub, Trials is housed in an 1894 building that has functioned as a hotel, a brothel and even as extra jail space. Today though, the place is warm and inviting with real "across the pond" flair. The food menu features all the favorites: shepherd's pie, fish and chips, chicken curry, bangers and mash. And Trials also has the best-pulled pint of Guinness in town.
