Been coming here since grade school and i'm 62 now, it was located at a different address back then. It is so convienent lab xrays everything is located in the same building..
The Polyclinic charged my wife $394 for an eye exam she did not receive. They made no indication to her about this charge, and told her that she would only be billed $94 for the visit. Her insurance did not cover either charges (despite assurance that it would be covered). I suspect that the Polyclinic have committed insurance fraud.
