Stay away from this horrible place, Staff does not care what you feel or think once you join the community, they are too much polite before you become resident here. They will charge a huge amount even for the things that you never did or not aware. I had a worst experience living here so I will not recommend to live here !

It's a peaceful stay ,the apartment is comfortable . I just wish that they made the tennis courts indoors so that the residents could use it all year long . It could get lonesome If you don't know too many people around . And sports is a great way to interact . Perhaps a ping ping table or a pool table would also keep the residents occupied .
Hope the managers listen smile emoticon

I lived here several years ago and it was just horrible. Appliances are old, and the staff are incredibly rude. I wouldn't wish this place on my worst enemy.I see nothing has changed as they...

This apartment campus, located off of Milwaukee Avenue north of Lake-Cook Road, falls into the Stevenson High School school district. Apartments range from 600 - 991 square feet; one- and two-bedroom apartments are available. Each apartment has a washer/dryer and a balcony. The campus has a walking trail, two outdoor swimming pools and tennis courts.
