Little imagination for this class of dinning. Dishes are either overpowering or tasteless. The side dishes are the mostly the same for all meals. Best part of dinning is the platting. Seattle has much better choices.

The Georgian Restaurant Review

Seattle's historic Fairmont Olympic Hotel is the setting for The Georgian’s French-inspired Pacific Northwest cuisine menu. A traditional destination for celebrations and special occasions, open to the public for breakfast and lunch only, it is one of the rare places in town to find elegance at early hours. Tables are beautifully appointed, service is professional, and the wine list is notable....

The "old-world surroundings" in this 1924 Italianate dining room in Downtown's Fairmont Olympic Hotel make it a "special place for a special night", with "crystal chandeliers", "high, high ceilings" and 11 tints of buttercream paint on the walls; the "outstanding" Pacific Northwest-French fare is delivered by "gracious" servers, and while "you pay for the spectacular" experience, fans say it's...

High Tea is excellent. Took my Mom here for a special occasion and she was thrilled! The dining room is lovely and sophisticated. Food was exceptional. This is a true high tea, with three plates of food, and exquisitely presented! Many different tees to choose from and the service was incredible. As usual the Georgian room at the Fairmont Hotel does not disappoint.

Spectacular service, delightful small bites and a fine selection of teas. It's the perfect afternoon tea. No other words necessary.

Absolutely beautiful. Ambience was perfect. Service was outstanding. Not much food in the afternoon tea for the price. Overall a great and memorable experience.

A couple of missteps. Brought me the wrong beverage (ordered Bloody Mary, got a Mimosa), omelet not as ordered (ordered cheddar, got swiss, ordered peppers, got tomatoes) but delicious just the same. Not busy at all but service a little slow.
