Located in the heart of downtown's entertainment district, this 6th Street property definitely provides a 5-star experience. From the lobby bar, to the well appointed rooms and excellent service, this hotel is a great place to stay. This historic landmark has been noted as having a ghost.

Expensive, fancy, ornate and historic. The Driskill is one of Austin's prize properties, and has housed many a famous guest during SXSW and film festivals. It has hosted presidents. It dates back to 1886, and was the place for a cattle Barron to show off his wealth.

Beautiful and historic hotel from the 1800's right on Austin's bustling 6th st. The hotel has a very classy bar with live piano music and excellent happy hour deals; as well, they have a delicious full service restaurant.
