Returned today needing help for a hard to find plumbing part. It is wonderful to walk into a hardware/plumbing supplies store and find someone who immediately knows what you need and can help you....

Terrible customer service. I was looking for a part. The guy who answered the phone is a chauvinist and a completely rude jerk. He didn't have the part I was looking for and insulted the brand of product i had purchased even though it is carried in most high end plumbing stores. He didn't know what he was talking about. I would never buy anything from them.
