Getting my Invisalign fitted was quick, but I wish he told me step by step what was happeneing before the work was being done. I was surprised to see so much stuff glued onto my teeth and was a little alarmed to hear and smell filing happening on my teeth.

Also, receiving calls from the office can be frustrating sometimes when I can't understand what they're saying due to the speed and accent

The assistant did my cleaning which was odd and she rushed me and kept spilling water down my chin. I was uncomfortable the entire time. She didn't even ask if the tv alright which was like my first experience there, they were attentive before but not anymore

Staff were very nice from the moment I stepped into the office until I stepped out. It was my first time visiting this office and the reason for my visit was for my wisdom teeth.
