Every time I go they lose my chart. The turnover for employees is horrible. They want you to refer friends to come in but they take forever and are rude.

I have been donating in Phenix City about 3 years now. The extra money helps although I think it should be a little more considering how much one bottle of plasma sells for. As far as the process, it is a little time consuming. If you get there around 9am, you would be lucky to leave by noon. This is a …

Donating your plasma is an exciting thing. It's painful, easy, and quick money. You are also help saving someone's life. I thought it was going to be painful and take forever to donate but the staff is exciting people that makes you feel comfortable while you are helping save a life. You have to eat healthy and drink plenty of water before you donate. I enjoy doing it because I get a blessing...
