Dr Alao is friendly & caring. I have seen her for couple of years for medication management. The office can get busy but Syracuse has a limit supply of psychiatrist, so I understand. I see her in the Baldwinsville office that has early evening hours which is necessary for me because I have to leave work early to make a 5pm appointment. Uncaring and too distracted with himself (his smartphone) to be able to genuinely help his patients. Left feeling flustered - was not heard or cared about. Doctors seem to forget that patients are their customers. I wouldn't buy a broken car or a burnt meal, why would I want to pay for "help" that hurts?
