The staff all seem pretty great- doctor was great too, explained things to my 10year old too so he knew why our pup wasn't feeling good. Only dislike is the chaos due to small size facility. Some dogs aren't able to get along with others and sick with who knows what-it just adds to the stress level by being in guard that someone else's dog won't attack mine or share a cootie or two.
