He was very courteous to her but did not see that SHE was an hour early for her appointment!!! People shouldnt post things that affect a business rating without first understanding what happened. Walked in 15 minutes before appointment. Two stylists were there with clients. No smiles, no greeting. The lady asks if I have an appointment. I say yes, at 2:00. What's your name, she asks. I answer. Who is your appointment with, she asks. (Well if it isn't with her, wouldn't it have to be with the only other stylist in the building?) I say Dominic. Now the gentlemen chimes in (who had to know I was his next client all along), to say he's running 45 minutes late, so if I could just go do whatever and come back later, that would be great (for who??).
