Mark Graziani, owner of Street Treats, developed his Greek dressing years ago. After much experimenting and tweaking, Graziani started serving the dressing in his restaurant. When customers started asking where they could get the Greek dressing to take home, Graziani decided to bottle it and call it Ya Ya's Greek Dressing.
