I went to Regional Radiology to have my back x-rayed as a result of an on-the job injury. Since I had already filed a Worker's Compensation claim, My insurance company, not me, was responsible for paying the bill. When my insurance company only paid about $75 of a $175 bill, Regional Radiology proceeded to bill me directly for the difference. I filed a complaint with the Worker's Compensation Board and was told that Regional Radiology is not allowed to direct bill Worker's Compensation claimants. Nonetheless, Regional Radiology continued to bill me for the balance and eventually sent my account to a collection agency.

Terrible place. I went to do an emergency chest x-ray for my 5 yrs old son at Richmond location. The doctor suspected he had a pneumonia. They promised to send the result to my doctor by 2PM. When my doctor notified me that the results were never sent they were closed by than. My experience at the Arthur Kill Rd location: My wife went for a follow-up mamogram and a consult with Dr. Herman when he alerted our primary doctor to changes in my wife's breast tissue and his nurse Janice called us. After our doctor spoke with Dr. Herman it was concluded my wife needed an additional test and consult. My wife is a survivor and due to her medical history this was cause for alarm. Staff at site are incompetent. Ultrasound tech Teresa had us wait 1 1/2 hours only give her impression of mamogram and to say you are not one of the serious ones come back in six months. When my wife objected she said the doctor is too busy for consult and it is not the office policy to do that for patients and their spouses. Unacceptable, unprofessional and criminal.
