This place WAS great but now it is CLOSED. The location a block away cannot absorb the business really so be prepared to wait 15 minutes for your iced coffee at peak morning time. Such a bummer...

The service is excellent and people are friendly but this store will be closing on Fri July 26 I'd the last day due to building maintenance is poor that's sad will miss it . I barely go here...
