Parking was difficult during my stay because there were two trailers that took up multiple parking spaces (one trailer took up 7-8). Otherwise, location is convenient - easy access to freeways and local diners. Staff, when you can find one, is very nice, professional and helpful.
Met my standards. Good staff and clean room. Breakfast hot and fresh.
It was a very nice room, however no insulation in the walls. It was noisy all night. You could hear doors slamming and people all night. I have stayed at this hotel on numerous visits to the area, along with my daughters and their family. The staff is always professional & the rooms very comfortable, and clean. The breakfast is a very nice extra.
Stayed here while passing thru on our way to Nevada. Hotel was very clean and room was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was included and while it's not a full breakfast buffet, it included a good variety to choose from. Service was also very accommodating. I've stayed in downtown Modesto in the past and really prefer this hotel for the value.
