Specialty's Café & Bakery food is pretty darn good. I'm not sure why this restaurant has an overall 3 stars. I usually get the hot pastrami sandwich and I'm never disappointed. Best part about Specialtys is that you can order online and they will text you when the order is ready. No waiting!
Their food is delicious but customer service SUCKS! They take FOREVER to make your food and one of the shift managers there is rude. One time I placed an order to the wrong store. She practically acted as if she didn't want to help me get it sorted out. I was turned off after this. Hardly go there now. Go to the starbucks next door!
