My girl had a battery die on her. She called AAA and they sent out the Simonian Towing company.

The person name was Shawn and he was disgusting looking and acting. His appearance was less than profesional. He was extremly discourtesy to my fiance and soon to be mother in law.

The dispatch was made at 12:12PM and they arrived at 1:15PM. The towing company is based in Clovis...

My mom locked her keys in the trunk. I called the company, explained that it was a keyless entry car, and that her keys were locked in her trunk. The guy said no problem, he would help her out. Scam Artists! These guys stuck it to me but good! Charged me three times what they quoted to unlock my car, but graciously let me pay with my credit card. The next week, charges started appearing on my card from places over in Europe where I have never been.
