We've had to wait months for him to get around to getting to court, receive numerous notices of incipient cancellations or suspensions, and have to handle all the related problems.
He is relatively low cost, very nice, fun to talk to. Good for getting legal advice from.
I would be VERY leery of having him handle anything serious in court.
