Buyer beware! This florist called me to schedule the delivery of my surprise flowers on Valentine's Day. I called my husband and told him that the surprise was ruined, to call and cancel the order. He did and they refused to refund the $100. They dropped the flowers on the doorstep, no bow, no nothing.

Beware of Prices!!!! I checked out Sharps flowers prices online. I then called them placed an order for delivery and was told the total was the same as the online price. I was called later and told that because it was for Valentine's day that they charged $10.00 more. I love Sharps Flowers!! They have the prettiest flower and the best costomer service. Their Arrangments are alway so beautiful, they make my day every time I get flowers from there!!!!

Geesh, talk about lazy customer service. They wouldn't deliver to an address on Martin Luther King Blvd! That's pretty much considered in the city of Lubbock, I believe. Take your chances but this is NOT a florist that cares about your business.

I recently purchased flowers for my mothers 50th birthday from Sharps flowers and the customer service was amazing! They made sure that I got just what I wanted and got the delivery to my Mothers house on time! My mother later called me and said that the flowers were the most beautiful she had ever had and that they had lasted for 2 and a half weeks! Thanks Sharp's Flowers for making my Moms Birthday special!
