Had to have a spring replaced and was quoted over the phone that the parts would be anywhere from $80 to $160 depending on the type of garage door I have so I agreed to pay the $39 fee (which was a "special" discount for Mondays) for them to come out. Worst experience I have had. Garage door spring was replaced in Feb, Technician out two days later as door was not working. 3 months later same spring breaks and told under warranty. Which ends up costing $250 for the service call and technician's time. COMPLETE RIPOFF!!!!! Manager (Josh) refusing to escalate the situation. Would strongly suggest not to use.

I received great customer service from Greg today. I called yesterday and they sent out a technician the next day ( Mother's Day) to replace the springs on my garage door. Greg called ahead to let me know the exact time he was to arrive at my home. He explained my options and completed the work in a timely fashion. I appreciated his professionalism. Thank you!
