I bought a dishwasher from Sears last week. The installer came today. He was rude, condescending, and coercive. He ended up leaving after I refused to sign a form authorizing extra charges without written explanation of what those charges were for. He had already uninstalled my old dishwasher and a water filter. He wouldn't put them back. My kitchen has no water and I have leaks in my cabinet...

noticed a Sears in the Hillsdale area. just drove over a block, went in and paid my CC bill. lots of parking in the regular lot. no need to get in line at the elevated garage on Hillsdale.
