Editorial reviews from the web (4)

Named for a famous shopping street in Singapore, this moderately priced Downtowner is the first American outlet of a Millennium hotel concept that began in the UK. The menu makes stops in Singapore, Malaysia and China, and the decor adds touch of Hollywood with lots of golden light and polished wood.

Though it is located in the same building as the Millennium Biltmore Hotel, Sai Sai is a separate enterprise, and its dramatic black linens, mustard walls and frosted glass contribute to one of the more elegant modern Asian restaurants in…

The menu is packed with good beer and all kinds of ramen -- bahn mi, pork...

Historic L.A. hotel houses Nuevo Latin-Japanese gem.

The Scene
Hidden away in a downstairs corner of the opulent Biltmore hotel, this sleek Japanese fusion spot is decorated in a corporate-Zen mix of soothing blonde wood, stark black...

We sat at the bar, which was empty, and in spite of being the only bar patrons, with very few restaurant guests, we were virtually ignored during our entire visit.
