Butch, the technician with Roto-Rooter, came out this afternoon and replaced the pressure reducing valve. He was professional and at the same time personable. The price quoted was the price charged.
I will also note that I neglected to print out the coupon I found online. I talked to someone in billing just a minute ago, and she told me that they will send me a check for $40 after my check has cleared. I was very impressed with the customer service. I would recommend Roto-Rooter.

My wife and I received an Aquasauna In home water filtration system, and we needed it installed. We had another service come out to quote installation. He took one look and said "you're wasting time and money" without batting an eye. When I asked him if he's seen one before he said NO. He didn't even give a quote for the installation. So we called Roto-Rooter. Andrew Rafalko came out and he too had never seen nor installed a system like this one but went right to work with me to read the schematics and installation recommendations....
