FINALLY!!!!!. Caught them at Farmers Market....BAHN MI WAS MINE!!!!! Great crisp flatbread that had been grilled, fresh veggies that still had a snap to them and the meat was very tender, all coming together for a great textural, and palatable experience of YUM!!! Great Truck. They came out to work for lunch and I had the steak tacos! The steak was very good but the high point to me was this amazing slaw topping! It had some sort of cabbage and mango and watermelon. It was a nice complement to the taco!
