This is a quirky place. Furninshings, style, hallway are outdated. But for the most part it is clean, good location not too far from Beale Street and a usually a good value. It's homespun and friendly. Staff are friendly and Mr. Carl Washington and workers like Olga provide good Memphis hospitality. The valet service could use a bit of sprucing....

This residence inn is conveniently located near the Memphis Redbird's AutoZone Stadium. Rooms are very nice. Hotel has a very old, historic setting.
Gym is not the best - very small; only 2 treadmills.
5-10 min walk to Beale St.
Staff are very friendly and helpful.

We stayed in a wonderful room on the 11th floor - felt like a penthouse apartment with the split level room! The bedroom/bath was elevated and walled off from the living/dining/kitchen area with great views of the Mississippi River. Only a block from the Cotton Museum and good restaurants and a short walk from Beale Street.

The hotel was very nice and comfortable. It is an older building, but they have done a good job maintaining it. Bear in mind that parking is not free at this hotel. It is very nicely situated and within walking distance of Beale Street and other nice places.

This hotel's shell is an older building but everything inside, i.e., lobby, guest rooms, etc. looks new. We stayed here to visit our son. The staff is friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay at this location again. One caveat, do not rely on the guest computer. It was slow and appeared dated. When returning I will bring my own...
