Office experience was its at its usual level of excellence. My only observation would be the web-site notification process is a waste of time. It asks me to confirm my appointment, I do, it indicates I have confirmed and yet, a few days later, I receive a call asking me to confirm all over again. To add "insult to injury" the number I am given to call back and confirn does not accept call!...
