I got my eyes checked there a couple years ago. 1. I was charged a $120 fee, still got the bank statement from that charge and 2. They also charged my insurance, why do you need my insurance card...

This is my first time dealing with Pearle Vision..so far so good....but I'm only 80% satisfied need that 20% to be 100% satisfied I hope Danielle can get me there.
