Lamp on our DLP TV blew out. Called at 10am and they didn't have one in stock but called their warehouse to get one by closing time. Instead, got a call by 11:30am - - it was already at the shop. PLUS if I brought in the old lamp in its housing they would switch the fragile lamps for me FOR FREE. I would definitely use them again.

Bought sony xl-5100 phillips replacment lamp works awesome and came with 6 month warrenty.
