Paris Coffee Shop is a great Fort Worth institution with a long and celebrated history. Most of the staff have been there forever and all are good people (the waitresses still call you "hun"). Delicious, home-style food. The waitress was so very sweet and helpful. They sell pies, which I'll definitely try next time I'm there, and t-shirts with their name. Good experience.

Looking for authentic diner / home cooking style food? Look no further! Good food and good prices, along with the great staff make this a must try place. If you go at lunch be prepared to wait for a bit. The wait usually isn't that long as they are very efficient at getting people in and out.

If you want some real Fort Worth flavor, come to the Paris Coffee Shop. They serve great diner food and good pies. There are daily specials, and they rotate the pies daily. They are only open for breakfast and lunch, and they are not open on Sunday.

I am biased towards this kind of place. If you don't like old school American diners don't visit the Paris Coffee shop. They have Community coffee - nothing fancy just straight ahead diner food made by short order cooks. They do sell some excellent pies and by the slice, that are excellent.
