Yelp needs a zero-star option. NFCU is now OneNevada Credit Union. Apparently, OneNevada or NFCU, at some point, instituted a policy that account closures...

if there was a NO STAR option, I'd select that. It's the Friday before Christmas, I go to the ATM to withdraw cash and I get a notification on the screen...
