Don't know who the last reviewer dealt with, but I had a great experience. Prompt, friendly, and skilled service. Plus, they were able to get the service call covered by my warranty when I didn't think it would be!

Waited all afternoon and NO ONE SHOWED UP AND NO PHONE CALL. I gave up. We left after 5pm and here the louse came but we said no thanks and we suggest you say the same!
