I've lived here going on 8 years. Safe environment and friendly people. Lots of activities and awsome pool and spa. Great management and maintenance . I've lived in all sizes of apts. All are great.

It's the Best place I've lived in Arizona. The other residents are very nice and the different activities make for a wonderful place to live. Maintenance is done by a great guy and he goes above and makes sure everything is done.

Money hungry management with no respect for seniors. All they care about is cheating you every month for more and more rent and other contrived expenses.
