I took my car for an oil change, and it was adveftsed at a reduced pricd. I could get that price if I had a coupon that came in the mail. I said I didnt get a the coupon in the mail. I had my oil changed, there, anyway. When my car was done,I was given a form to fill out and mail to headquarters.They will mail me a $10.00 credit card that I can use anyplace. These Guys did a great job of upholding their companies policies. I was happy they upgraded my brake pads to the ones they now use and changed my warranty for "life" instead of the 2 years....
