don't like going to dentists, and although I am not faithful to get my regular exams, Dr Neumann makes it pleasant enough. doesn't have a dental tech, he does it all himself, examines, cleans, fills, and very. very gently. if you need a shot in the gums, not bad at all! highly recommend.
