My husband attempted to return a weed eater that malfunctioned after ONE day (after spending $800 on various equipment in their store) and the return rep accused him of lying so that he could do his yard and return it immediately. If that were the case, why wouldn't he be returning every item he purchased!?

Rude employees if you can find one.
I can't even give it one star.
I Left there drove the extra mile to halls ace hardware where I was greeted when I walked in and someone help me right away . I Will never go back to lowes.

Worst Lowes ever! My husband gave them a second chance and they never helped him out with anything. Not only that the employees suck, they just stand around with their heads up their asses. We will take our business to Home Depot!
